Best Wishes Merch
2023 – MerchIn December 2022, the CSU Long Beach Graphic Design BFA graduating class presented Best Wishes, a senior showcase celebrating the culmination of their undergraduate work. Serving as the Art Director for the merchandise line, my goal was to distill the collective energy of the cohort into a suite of tangible objects. The design language utilized an expansive color palette and organic stylization to reflect the diverse, "larger-than-life" identities of the graduating designers.
The resulting collection functioned as a cohesive brand extension of the exhibition, featuring a two-sided duo-toned canvas tote, a 16-page zine, a sticker sheet, and collectible photo cards. By balancing playful aesthetics with professional production standards, the merch served as both a commemorative archive for the students and a vibrant entry point for show attendees.
